As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to provide a personalised, welcoming and supportive environment for you to explore your feelings.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, self-confidence issues, relationship challenges, trauma or a desire to gain greater self-awareness, I provide a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space for exploration and change.
How I work
My approach is flexible and client-centred. I blend techniques from Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices to suit your unique needs and goals.
My aim is that together we can work toward understanding the roots of your struggles and develop coping strategies and tools that can empower you to live life with greater balance and fulfilment.
I specialise in working with high-achieving adults and young people needing support with anxiety and stress management, relationship issues, low self-esteem (including imposter syndrome) and major life transitions. I also have experience in counselling clients with ongoing neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s, MS or victims of stroke who are struggling to navigate their new reality.
I believe that seeking help is a courageous first step and I am here to walk alongside you on your journey.
