As a therapist, it is my duty to help you feel better in as few sessions as possible which is why it’s important that you want to make the changes and be willing to engage in the therapeutic process. The treatment process is effectively a team effort and should be treated as such. For this reason I cannot guarantee results.

I use a combination of talk therapy based on the latest neuroscience, CBT, NLP, SFBT as well as hypnosis, which is a calm and wonderful state of focused attention, similar to day dreaming, where we can access the part of your brain which is receptive to changing negative thinking habits and behaviour. This helps you create brand new and more positive ways of thinking.
The misconception that you will be out of control when under hypnosis could not be further from the truth. It’s wonderfully relaxing and calming and most clients absolutely love it. It has got nothing to do with watching a swinging pendulum, losing control or hopping on one leg pretending you are a chicken :). Just to make that absolutely clear.
