What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?
In simple terms, it is about finding solutions to your problems without dwelling on your past. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a relatively quick and effective way to help you achieve lasting and positive change and overcome a whole range of issues such as:

I use a combination of talk therapy based on CBT, NLP and SFBT as well as hypnosis, a calm and wonderful type of relaxation and visualisation which accesses that part of your brain which is receptive to changing negative habits and behavior.
