This audio is best listened to at night before you go to sleep. At this point of the day your brain slows down to a different frequency, one in which you become more receptive to new information and for positive suggestions to permeate your otherwise busy mind. This is an excellent and effective way to influence your subconscious mind in a positive and gentle way.
